1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference site with no government affiliation. It does not store official records, retrieve a criminal history, perform a government background check, or submit a filing for a visitor.

Its role is to identify the Live Oak County sheriff and jail, criminal court clerks, Texas Department of Public Safety, Texas Public Sex Offender Registry, and other official custodians. Some pages also connect readers to outside research tools.

2. Rules for Using This Site

By using the site, you agree not to:

• Use the resource in violation of federal, Texas, or local law
• Harass, threaten, intimidate, or stalk another person with information found here
• Apply site content to an employment, housing, credit, or insurance decision
• Seek unauthorized entry into any account, server, or system
• Deploy scrapers, bots, or other automated collection tools against the pages
• Interfere with site performance or another visitor's access

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

Information from these pages or a linked tool must not be used to discriminate, stalk, harass, intimidate, or threaten. Such conduct can be criminal. Texas Public Sex Offender Registry information receives special protection under Code of Criminal Procedure Chapter 62. It exists for safety and community awareness, not vigilantism, retaliation, employment exclusion, or housing discrimination.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and do not create consumer reports, credit reports, or official background checks. Our advertising partners do not provide a site service intended to assess an applicant, renter, insurance risk, or credit risk. You may not use information here or from a linked tool to:

• Make an employment or termination decision
• Evaluate a housing or rental applicant
• Set insurance terms or assess creditworthiness
• Decide eligibility for a license, permit, or public benefit
• Carry out any other activity regulated by the FCRA

A lawful check for an FCRA-regulated purpose must come through an authorized, FCRA-compliant provider and follow all required consent and notice rules. This website is not that provider.
