Live Oak County Arrest History
An arrest in Live Oak County may begin with the Sheriff's Office, George West Police, Three Rivers Police, a precinct constable, Texas DPS Highway Patrol, Texas Parks and Wildlife game wardens, or another authorized agency. George West Police records begin with the department listed through the official city site at 404 Nueces Street. Three Rivers Police uses the Three Rivers city channel and P.O. Box 398. Constable, DPS trooper, and game-warden reports stay with the originating agency. A jail booking does not transfer ownership of the full investigative report to the sheriff.

Do not treat an image or first charge line as an outcome. The final filed charge and judgment may tell a very different story.
Live Oak County Arrest Booking Steps

The jail address appears in a notice-service list, so confirm by phone before using it for an ordinary booking request. No local arrest-copy price or same-day turnaround is published.
Current-custody tools can drop a person after release. A court file may appear only after charging. DPS public data can lag or lack a final disposition. A negative result at any one point is not a complete Live Oak County arrest-history finding.

Body-camera requests must identify the date and approximate time, specific location, and at least one person known to be a subject under Occupations Code Section 1701.661. Government Code Section 552.108 may protect information whose release would interfere with an active investigation. Under the TPIA, a request for an Attorney General ruling is generally due within ten business days when required, but that is not a promised ten-day production deadline.
